Website accounts and records

When you create a Toastelle website account, Firebase Authentication manages your sign-in credentials. We store the profile information you provide, favorites, email preferences, consent records and your birthday if you choose to provide it. Historical website order and reward records remain available for account support and business recordkeeping. Historical orders may include contact details, selected products, collection times and delivery addresses.

Ordering and payments through Toast

Our ordering links take you to Toast Online Ordering to select products, provide fulfillment details and complete payment. Information you provide on Toast is handled through that service; review the privacy information and terms shown there. Your Toastelle website profile and favorites are separate from the details you enter while ordering.

We may retain payment references, amounts and refund records associated with historical website orders for support and reconciliation. Do not send card numbers or security codes through this website’s forms.

Browser storage and analytics choices

Authentication uses browser storage to keep you signed in. Previous versions of this website may also have saved a product list on your device. You can sign out and clear site data in your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete stored account or order records.

When optional Google Analytics or advertising measurement is configured, our analytics choice controls whether those tags load. The website may measure page visits and ordering-link clicks after you allow analytics. Your choice is saved on this device.

Inquiries and communications

Contact and catering requests are stored for our team to review and respond. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing. Email and SMS permissions are recorded separately when requested. Email preferences and consent records support your subscription choices; email marketing is processed through Resend when enabled. Authentication emails are handled by Firebase. New order confirmations and payment receipts use the ordering service.

Hosting and access

Google Cloud and Firebase process information needed to operate this website and its account features. Hosting and security logs may include technical request information. Only approved owner accounts can access administrative controls.

Questions and account requests

Contact us through the contact form to request help, correction or deletion of account information. We may need to retain order or payment records for business recordkeeping. Do not put passwords, card details or sensitive information in an inquiry or cake message.
